Sauvignon Blanc probably originated in Bordeaux, but it's in the limestone soils of the Loire Valley that it shows its best. Light to medium bodied, with intense aromatics of pear and apple, citrus fruit flavors bring freshness and a delicate crisp finish. With demand for French Sauvignon Blanc at an all time high, and supply scare for the top wines of Sancerre, we grabbed every case that was available for the vintage. The Folium Sauvignon Blanc is an amazing find for the price!
