On occasion, we're lucky enough to feature a Napa Valley Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon crafted from what is known as "mountain fruit. These are full-bodied reds crafted in places like Howell Mountain, Atlas Peek, Diamond Mountain and of course Mount Veeder. It's a special part of Napa where cooler weather prevails, and higher elevation vineyards help maintain good acidity and tannin structure. Perhaps our best Special Reserve ever, the Block 1125 is a powerful, firm Cabernet Sauvignon, chock full of blackberry-currant flavors and rich mouth-filling texture. We can't wait to show it to you!
